Sandra Fenwick has served as a director since September 2004. Fenwick is President and Chief Executive Officer of the world-renowned Boston Children’s Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts and was appointed to this position in October 2013. Fenwick had served as Children’s Chief Operating Officer since November 1999 and was appointed President in October 2008.

Prior to joining Children's Hospital in 1999, Fenwick was Senior Vice President of System Development for CareGroup, Inc.

Before its merger with CareGroup, Fenwick served at Beth Israel Hospital for 20 years in various areas of increasing responsibility including Vice President and Deputy Director, Vice President of Clinical Services Planning and Development and Vice President of Network Development for Beth Israel Healthcare.
