Mr. Scott Saxberg, B.Sc. (Mechanical Engineering), P.Eng. serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Crescent Point Energy Corp. and has been its President since 2003. Mr. Saxberg served as the Chief Executive Officer of Shelter Bay Energy Inc. He has over 18 years experience in the oil and gas industry. He founded Crescent Point. He has been the Chairman of Bellamont Exploration Ltd. since May 2009. Mr. Saxberg has been a Director of Wild Stream Exploration Inc. since October 6, 2009, Bellamont Exploration Ltd. since September 21, 2006, E4 Energy Inc., since August 2005 and Crescent Point Energy Corp. (Formerly Crescent Point Energy Trust) since September 2003. He serves on the Board of Directors of each of the general partners of Catapult Energy Small Cap 2007 FTS Limited Partnership and Catapult Energy Small Cap FTS Limited Partnership. He also serves on the CAPP Board of Governors. He served as a Director of Catapult Energy 2008 Inc., the General Partner of Catapult Energy 2008 FTS Limited Partnership. He served as a Director of Crescent Point Resources Inc. and Shelter Bay Energy, Inc. He served as a Director of Wild River Resources Ltd. since 2003, and Crescent Point Resources Ltd., since 2001. He is a Member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta. Mr. Saxberg holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manitoba.
