Sean is responsible for operations and data analytics, growing the company’s influencer base and leading the design of the Splash algorithm.By prioritizing with influencer happiness, he is able to maintain Lean Development and execute front-end product improvements.

Prior to Splashscore, Sean worked at a Harvard Medical Hospital, where he led lean and continuous improvement projects.Sean also enjoys hiking, camping and off-roading in his Jeep.
