Seth Canter has been Vice President, Human Resources since October of 2005.

Prior to joining Aspen Aerogels as Director of Human Resources in April of 2004, Mr. Canter spent 25 years with New England Business Service, Inc., a 4,000 employee business forms provider. While a member of the Human Resources group he held a variety positions, notably in Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Facility HR Management and, most recently, as the Director of Corporate Human Resources.

Mr. Canter earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Southern Maine and a Masters of Business Administration from Rivier College with a concentration in Human Resources Management.
