Shlomit has been with Compass-EOS’s since 2010, as Vice President of Human Resources. In her role, she is responsible for shaping the company’s culture, recruitment and retention of talent as well as organizational structure and management development. Prior to joining Compass-EOS, she held the position of Organizational and Development Manager at Mercury Interactive and was a Training and Development Manager at Avaya. She was a senior consultant at the IDF Leadership School.

Shlomit holds a BA in Psychology & Anthropology from Bar-Ilan University and completed Master’s degree studies in Art Therapy from Lesley College.
