Steph Korey is an entrepreneur and early stage investor. In 2015 she co-founded travel brand, Away, which reached a valuation of $1.4 billion and was named one of Fast Company's "World's Most Innovative Companies" twice. Steph served as CEO from 2015 until 2020 and continues to serve on the Board of Directors. Before founding Away, Steph was Head of Supply Chain at Warby Parker, where she built and led a team to handle the development, manufacturing, and fulfillment of physical product.

As an angel investor, Steph finds that talent is universally distributed but opportunity isn’t, and the majority of her investments have been in companies founded by entrepreneurs from underrepresented backgrounds. Steph Korey's notable investments include Intimately, Veracity Selfcare, Lovevery, and other investments.

Steph Korey earned a B.A. in International Relations from Brown University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. Steph has been named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list for Retail and ECommerce and as an EY Entrepreneur of the Year. She lives in New York with her husband and daughter.
