Steve Berroth serves as Senior Vice President and General Manager for Sierra Space’s Transportation sector, where he leads the Dream Chaser program, a multi-mission space utility vehicle designed to transport crew and cargo to low-Earth orbit (LEO) destinations such as the International Space Station (ISS).

As a veteran aerospace leader, covering nearly four decades, Steve has built a storied career at premier aerospace companies, leading the development, manufacture and first flights of some of the most sophisticated crewed and autonomous aircraft in the world.

Steve worked at Northrop Grumman for 31 years in various leadership positions, including director of production operations and program manager for numerous advanced aircraft and rotorcraft programs. He led flight test operations for several aircraft programs prior to his program manager responsibilities.

He was previously Aerion Supersonic’s Chief Operating Officer and program manager for the company’s AS2 supersonic business jet program for both commercial and military customers and served at Triumph Aerospace Structures as vice president of metallic and composite components programs and operations. In that role, he led six site presidents with more than 3,000 employees in operating companies around the globe.
