Steve joined Trustpilot in the spring of 2020 bringing with him a wealth of experience across multiple operational, commercial, and executive management disciplines.

With over 20 years of experience Steve has a proven track record in startup scale and transformation taking businesses from limited start points to multi-million dollar entities. Steve’s held several executive roles in both SaaS, e-com & marketplace businesses such as MD at Groupon, CEO at Livingsocial, and Global commercial head at Divido, which is now one of Google's top 10 fastest growing European fintech businesses.

A Structural Engineer 1st Class, Steve's career started out as an Engineer Commando, decorated for his involvement in tours of the Gulf and Africa. He also studied Business Management and Leadership at Cranfield University he is also a keen NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Social style practitioner. As Global CCO Steve works to scale Trustpilot, increase market share, and lead the company through high growth phases during this exciting time.
