Sue Marks is Cielo’s Founder and Chief Executive Officer. She is a serial entrepreneur, board member and investor; a self-described travel junkie, gadget geek and car lover—working tirelessly to ensure Cielo clients win in the war for talent and thrive across the markets they serve.

Widely recognized as one of the founders of the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) industry, Sue’s visionary thinking, collaborative spirit, innovative problem solving, and ability to inspire are the foundations of Cielo’s brand, culture and THEY BECOME YOU approach to each client partnership.

Sue is the President of Competitive Wisconsin, Inc., and she is an active member of Marquette University’s Center for Entrepreneurship, the Golden Angel Network, Milwaukee Public Museum, HR Outsourcing Association (HROA) and RPO Alliance.

Sue earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Marquette University and as an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organizations (YPO), is an annual participant in Harvard’s prestigious executive education program.
