Taruna is a highly versatile software engineer with over 5 years of industry experience in testing, training, pre-sales, marketing and project management. She worked as Director (Internet) for Commonwealth Games Delhi, 2010. She was responsible for the entire web presence of the games.

She has worked with AirTight Networks, where she held multiple roles including Test Lead, Lead Trainer, Pre-Sales Engineer and Marketing Coordinator. In addition to handling diverse roles, she has been a key contributor to defining processes and improving organizational productivity and efficiency.
