Ted is COO at Houwzer. He leads all aspects of brokerage including agent training, program development, and company growth. Ted has been active in the region’s real estate scene for over a decade, leveraging his experience in executive roles at two large traditional brokerages. Prior to Houwzer, Ted was the former Regional Business Development Manager at Weichert Realtors and former CEO/Market Leader at Keller Williams Center City. A recovering attorney, Ted received his JD from the Villanova School of Law and currently resides in Fishtown with his wife and daughter.
