Terry is focused on increasing commercial and personal insurance capabilities through acquisitions and integrated selling across the organization. With over 30 years of insurance experience, he guides P&C employees and offices across the U.S. in revenue-driving initiatives backed by best practices, technology developments and regional collaboration. Prior to NFP, Terry was CEO of Lapre Scali & Company Insurance Services, which NFP acquired in 2011. He also established and managed Milne Scali & Company Insurance Services, which he sold to BNC National Bank, where he was president and CEO of Insurance Operations. He earned his Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Arizona.
