Todd Lippiatt is Managing Partner of Aristone Realty Capital, a private real estate lender that has originated over $400 million in structured credit investments to date. He is also Founder and CEO of Propellr, a user-friendly investment platform providing individuals with direct access to alternative investment opportunities typically limited to institutions. A Wall Street veteran known for his ingenious financing solutions and superior risk-adjusted returns, Lippiatt directs his extensive experience toward his two companies, sharing his vision with a growing renegade team.

Prior to Aristone & Propellr, Lippiatt worked at Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, DLJ, and completed graduate coursework in Biochemistry at Columbia University. Originally from just outside of Malibu, Lippiatt graduated from Brown with Bachelor degrees in Computer Science, Philosophy, and Economics, and completed graduate work at Columbia in Biochemistry. A Brooklyn resident, Lippiatt is a surfer, snowboarder, trekker to destinations with poor cell reception, spreadsheet wizard, a proud father of two, and ensures his sneakers and hoodies hold firm priority over an immaculate collection of suits.
