Tony Medrano is the CEO of Boopsie, the largest mobile platform-as-a-service (PaaS) provider for libraries worldwide. Boopsie’s 400+ library-branded native mobile apps have been downloaded over 3 million times and are used by over 400,000 unique app users per month. Boopsie’s platform enables libraries of all types and sizes, including academic, corporate, law firm, and public libraries to efficiently share knowledge, educational materials and library resources with their communities.

Prior to joining Boopsie in 2013, Tony has been a business development and general management leader in various technology, Internet and mobile companies for 15 years. Early in his career, Tony also served as a US Naval Officer aboard a destroyer and as a teacher in NYC Public Schools.

Tony has received an MBA & JD from Stanford, an MA from Columbia and an BA from Harvard.
