He reminds users that Tether USDT is not Bitcoin and clarifies that it is a centralized stablecoin utilizing decentralized transport layers, also known as blockchains. When redeeming USDT, it signifies a desire to convert it back into fiat currency and interact within the traditional banking system, thus necessitating compliance with fiat system regulations.
