Vijay is Sr. Software Dev Mgr leading the Performance Engineering for Identity Cloud Services (IDCS/OICS) at Oracle IDC Noida. Graduated from IIT Delhi and have vast experience in java/j2ee application and product development. Has also worked on android based mobile application development for enterprises. He is part for Oracle for 2.5 yrs. Prior to this he worked in CSC, HP and Weblogic (now acquired by Oracle).
