In a career spanning over four decades, Bansal has a diverse experience in the field of banking and investment with an immense exposure in fund management and business development. He is currently the President of CXO Genie, a platform connecting more than 400 C-Suite.  Before CXO Genie, he worked as a Senior partner at Garg Bansal & Associates while his other stints include CFO, GPI Textiles Limited; GM Finance public director, Nahar Group of Companies, and Executive Vice President, PNB Mutual Fund among others.
