Wendy Kok, CFO of Sequoia Capital China. Wendy Kok has over 15 years of experience in financial, tax and investment fields. Prior to joining Sequoia Capital in 2010, Ms. Kok acted as the CFO at another PE firm, where she’s responsible for financial management and tax planning. Before that, Wendy Kok had been the partner of Ernst & Young, where she had been actively involved in due diligence of tax for various kinds of PE funds and risk management of tax for multinational corporations. Wendy Kok received her EMBA from Kellogg-HKUST and her master’s degree in Applied Finance from Melbourne University.
