Wilbur Gantz serves as President of PathoCapital, LLC, an investor in healthcare companies. Mr. Gantz was former Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ovation Pharmaceuticals, Inc. that was sold on March 18, 2009 to Lundbeck, AG. Prior to 2000, Mr. Gantz served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of PathoGenesis Corp, a biopharmaceutical company. Prior to founding PathoGenesis, he served as President of Baxter International, Inc., a manufacturer and marketer of healthcare products from 1987-1992. He joined Baxter International, Inc. in 1966 and held various management positions, including Vice President, Europe and President, International Division, prior to becoming its Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 1980.

Wilbur Gantz is currently Executive Chairman of Naurex, Inc., and a Director of Medgenics, Inc. Mr Gantz is a Member of the Board of Trustees and Chair of the Committee on Science for The Field Museum. He is the former Chairman of the Board of Harris Financial Corporation and a former director of Gillette Company. He is also a past trustee of Princeton University.
