Graduated from Illinois Institute of Technology with a master’s degree in financial engineering and applied mathematics, and from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics with a bachelor’s degree in applicable mathematics, Mr. Gao is mainly responsible for the investments, fundraising and operational management of Everbright Zhongying Capital which primarily covers the fields of consumption upgrade and culture entertainment. He led or participated in the investment of over 10 early and medium-term projects, including Yixia Technology, Uxin Group, TMP, XPENG,Emao.com, Hurry Boss，Three’s Company and Biyao Mall. Besides, Mr. Gao once worked for the Investment Banking Division of Citic Securities and has years of working experience in top investment banks. Taking the lead in IPO of a number of A -shares, refinancing and reorganization projects, his works relate to the fields of consumption upgration, real estate and infrastructure, bring him a deep understanding of the capital operation methods of listed companies.
