Born in Bolivia, raised in Brazil, he received Colombian citizenship in 2008. Graduated as a Civil Engineer at Mackenzie School of Sao Paulo, Brazil Engineering, and began his career in Inca, Brazilian construction company. In 1977 it became independent and involved in various business activities, primarily related to the field of medicine, in the production and marketing of radioactive materials for the diagnosis of oncological diseases. For 35 years involved in the development and expansion of companies of what is now known as Synergy Group, a company that has its investments into sectors such as aerospace, power generation, marine engineering and hydrocarbons.
