Brian R. Tessier serves as Vice President of Global Supply Chain Innovation and Executive Director of the Schneider Electric Center of Digital Innovation (CODI) Laboratory. Mr. Tessier served as Director of Customer Satisfaction & Quality at Schneider Electric North America from January 2013 until April 2016, and has held several positions in Continuous Improvement and Customer Satisfaction & Quality since January 2002. Mr. Tessier oversees Schneider Electric’s Office of Global Supply Chain Innovation. He is responsible for innovation in a 12 billion euro supply chain operation comprised of 80,000 employees and that encompasses more than 250 manufacturing factories and 100+ distribution centers in nearly 50 countries. Under his leadership, Global Supply Chain Innovation is tasked with delivering on the key principles behind innovation – thought leadership, creating networks to link existing functional areas of innovation, harnessing VOC/VOB/VOE in idea development, and building/running an effective, transparent, and efficient global innovation process for the purpose of decreasing cost, generating revenue, and improving customer experience in new and unexpected ways.

Brian has years of experience in hardware and software development, manufacturing and industrial automation, statistical process control, quality and productivity improvements, business process improvement, key customer crisis management, strategic program development, and enterprise class program oversight. Mr. Tessier previously worked in senior technical consulting roles since 1996 serving customers including Microsoft, IBM, UPS, and the US Department of Homeland Security. Mr. Tessier graduated from Nichols College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems and also completed the Six Sigma Master Black Belt program at The Fischer College of Business at Ohio State University.
