Elizabeth is an independent director and advisor to high growth technology companies.

She also currently serves on the boards of Nokia, Pandora Media, and Zendesk, as well as several private companies. Her prior board service includes Ancestry.com, CNET Networks, Good Technology, SuccessFactors, and Autodesk.

Prior to her board work, Betsey served as EVP and CFO of Macromedia, and she held various positions in international finance and corporate development at HP.

Betsey received her bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and her MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
