Hadar has many years of experience from leading positions in high tech companies as well as investors in the technology area. He began his career at Ericsson, and included the business manager at Ericsson in Tokyo. Subsequently, he was CEO of Cell Point Systems and co-founded the 3G operator Orange Sweden. The last 10 years has worked with Hadar investments in young technology companies, most recently as a partner and VP Sweden Eqvitec.

Hadar came to the Industrial Development Fund in 2011 and works primarily with companies in the areas of telecom, software and internet. Hadar is currently a member of, among other things eBuilder AB, Netadmin Systems, Clavister AB, Actiwave AB Auctions Online Scandinavia AB.

Hadar has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from KTH in Stockholm and an MBA from INSEAD in France.
