Prior to Seedcamp Tom was a lawyer at King & Wood Mallesons SJ Berwin (previously SJ Berwin LLP) where he specialised in investment funds and corporate M&A in the private equity and venture capital sector.

Tom worked from the legal side on Seedcamp’s fundraising for fund III. Tom graduated with first class honours in Economics from the University of York before attending law school at the University of Law (GDL) and BPP Law School (LPC).
