Here at Daimler I get the chance to leverage all the experience and expertise I gained at Disney to create innovation for a company that makes quality and efficiency mandatory requirements of all its products. From the scientific and personal perspective, Disney Research was an extraordinary and unique journey. I have got the chance to work with stellar researchers and interact with world leading creative people, from whom I learned very much. Working at Disney added a creative and worldwide dimension to my work. Before that, I did an industrial PhD work at the French Council for Nuclear Energy (CEA) working on wireless sensor networks. Along with Italian (mother tongue), I am fluent in English, French and German. The languages that I speak, my personal character, and my experience make me suitable for international working environments. Specialties: Visible Light Communication, Wireless Sensor Networks, Medium Access Control, Mobility models for WSNs. Personal interest in team sport activities (rugby, soccer) as well as single-player sports (tennis, running, skiing).
