Ignas is the head of operations at Airstack, a web3 developer platform. Ignas' specialty is scaling business ops. Ignas previously led operations for Moxie.xyz. Prior to that he helped InterviewBit rebrand as Scaler, during an important period when the company was raising $20M from blue chip investors, and onboarding key positions. From 2017 to 2019 Ignas was Chief of Staff to the CEO at Ost Technology, a leading blockchain company. At Ost he managed business operations, supervised all client support and admin functions, led marketing and also served on the product executive counsel and provided ongoing input to the product and engineering teams.
