Mike Tuchen is the chief executive officer of [Talend](https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/talend), an open-source rooted, data integration software provider that specializes in big data. He previously held the same position at Rapid7.

Prior to that, Tuchen held a series of senior roles at Microsoft, Polycom, and Paramark. Earlier in his career, he was a chip designer at Sun Microsystems.

Tuchen holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in electrical engineering from Brown University and Stanford University, respectively. He also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
