Rubina is part of the WSJ's social media team. Her responsibilities include responding to breaking news, co-managing the WSJ’s social media accounts, working on interactive projects, and training reporters and editors in online best practices.She was previously a graphics editor at The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal, where she designed maps, illustrations, charts and other infographics. A former education reporter, she has also written for Reuters, The Huffington Post, The New York Post, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and the Associated Press. She has a master’s degree in journalism from Columbia University and a bachelor's degree from Emory University.
