Andy is P2i’s Technology – Chief Development Officer, President of Innovation and is responsible for the Development of new solutions and delivery platforms for P2i. Based in Hong Kong, he has 25 years of experience in providing high technology solutions to blue-chip companies. Andy has a B.Sc. and a Ph.D. from the University of Essex in the UK, where he was a lecturer and researcher in integrated circuit design and artificial intelligence. He has been CEO/CTO of Kingsmith AirData Ltd, a boutique telecoms network providing wireless data services to many corporates including Federal Express, DHL, UPS, and TNT. He has also led a wide range of telecommunications technology projects, including a complete wireless betting system for the Hong Kong Jockey Club, custom command and control systems for the Hong Kong Airport, and advanced anti-fraud solutions for various telecom providers.
