Annika Schröder has been a Director in UBS Group Innovation since July 2015. She leads development in Artificial Intelligence and delivers commercial, IP and strategic assessments across divisions. Prior to working with UBS, she was Head of Strategy & Innovation at DB Investment Services GmbH, which bundles securities processing within Deutsche Bank, and in the preceding entities Xchanging Transaction Bank and Fondsdepot Bank, the financial services subsidiaries of Xchanging. Before moving into Banking Innovation, Annika worked in Investment Banking functions with Lazard and other banks in Germany and the UK, advising Financial Institutions across the German-speaking region, Scandinavia, France and Eastern Europe in M&A, restructurings and IPOs.
